Since its inception in 2010, despite the impact of the Great East Japan Earthquake and other factors, SunWells has steadily progressed through several hurdles and achieved an annual revenue of about 2.4billion yen in 2022, its twelveth year. SunWells goal is “to create employment opportunities for engineers around the world,” which is why we are actively recruiting both Japanese and foreign engineers.

Sunwell engineers are based in Tokyo, Kanagawa, Gunma, Aichi, Osaka, Hiroshima, Okayama, Fukuoka, and other cities in Japan, as well as in countries where our clients have local subsidiaries and factories. In addition to our headquarters in Yokohama, our regional sales offices (Utsunomiya, Nagoya, Osaka, Hiroshima, and Fukuoka) and subsidiary offices in India, Singapore, and Vietnam serve our engineers and businesses.

Business Expansion into Contract Development and Offshore Development

In addition to the existing staffing services, SunWells is promoting contracted development, offshore development, and in-house product development, significantly broadening the spectrum of work in which our engineers are involved.
