SunWells is currently in its second foundation phase and is taking on novel challenges in pursuit of even greater success. Welfare programme

Entrepreneurship support programme

To encourage individuals who are constantly pushing themselves, SunWells invests up to 10 million yen in employees who have been with us for three years or more and are interested in launching their own business (start up). We will support not just with the funding but also withthe management know-how.

Career development Support system

To promote employees’ individual career development, we provide support with language study and schooling for various certifications. Employees who acheive the appropriate credentials are also entitled to a congratulatory bonus.

HR System

What is Sunwell’s HR system?
Our core values are “Challenge” and “Flexibility.
Sunwell’s HR system’s primary purpose is to encourage and fairly evaluate individuals who embody these two fundamentals.
The grading system
Our Company has nine grade levels based on “expected role,” “job description,” and “scope of responsibility.
Grades are assigned to each employee and serve as essential indicators for appraisal, remuneration (salary), and reassignment.
Evaluation system
Our evaluation approach is divided into two sections: “Competency evaluation” and “Target evaluation.” Competency evaluation is mainly based on whether the employee exemplifies SunWell’s Values, whereas Target evaluation is primarily based on the degree of achievement of the goals set by employe.
We conduct evaluations twice a year, and the results are used as indicators to determine “salary” and “promotion.”
Remuneration system
Salary appraisal and bonus amount are determined by grade and evaluation. Bonuses are awarded for “past accomplishments and efforts” and salary appraisals are given for “future expectations.” Grade determines the range of rewards, thus the more intriguing challenges you take on and the higher your grade, the more you will be rewarded. We hope you would be productive and actively involve in your work while envisioning your ideal job.

Recruitment flow

  1. 1Application for your desired position

  2. 2Document screening

    Your application will be reviewed based on your resume and work history and you may be asked to take an aptitude test depending on the position.

  3. 3The preliminary round

    If your application is accepted, you will be contacted for an interview. The interview will be conducted by the department head and HR. You will be asked if you would prefer to be interviewed in person or via online. The interview evaluation is not affected by the interview mode, so please select the manner that is most convenient for you.

  4. 4Final interview

    You will be interviewed by the President and the HR Manager. You will be asked to select between an in-person and virtual interview. Please keep in mind that in some situations, you may be asked to come to our headquarters and we can tour you around the company if you would like.

  5. 5Offer Discussion

    Following the receipt of job offer, an offer discussion will be held . We will inform you of the start date and working conditions, as well as what we anticipate from you after you join the Company and the interview criteria. Please express any issues or questions you may have at this point and we will respond appropriately.
