We introduce personnel on a contract basis, and after a few months/years of work, the personnel is suggested for permanent employment by SunWells or the client, depending on their performance and work ethics.

Yuganandan Subramanian

He was born in Chennai, India, and graduated from the University of Madras with a degree in mechanical engineering. He began his career as a Mechanical CAD engineer for an Indian company and moved to Japan in 2001 to join a big electronics manufacturing company. Later, he went on to become a project manager for a major automobile manufacturing company. His leadership skills, familiarity with Japanese business culture, and significant ability to collaborate with Japanese firms laid the foundation for SunWell Solutions in 2010. SunWells has since grown to become one of the most formidable competitors and most sought-after by both clients and job seekers.

Sugano Masatoshi

He received his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Meiji University. In 1971, he joined IBM Japan Ltd. He served as the CEO of Kawasaki Steel. He is familiar with postal systems, new contracts, and new installations. He retired in 1990 and set up his own business in computer software development and offshore development. He launched a number of new firms.
