We keep margin rates in our temporary staffing contracts lower than other companies, thereby increasing the rate of return to engineers. We are able to maintain a high retention rate among engineers by raising salaries to their satisfaction. In addition to VISA applications and company housing, each engineer is assigned a sales representative who gives lectures on how to fill out administrative forms, accompany them to the hospital in case of emergencies, and providing ongoing support for their daily lives.
