Our CEO (an Indian engineer with over 20 years of experience in Japan) leads the business operation and guides the engineers to the best of their abilities to support our Japanese clients with their system development work. SunWells not just provide placements to the job seekers but also support with their visa process, housing, life-style needs, Japanese language classes and in house training sessions to guide employees both on technical and personal front. We introduce personnel on a contract basis, and after a few months/years of work, the personnel is suggested for permanent employment by SunWells or the client, depending on their performance and work ethics.

He was born in Chennai, India, and graduated from the University of Madras with a degree in mechanical engineering. He began his career as a Mechanical CAD engineer for an Indian company and moved to Japan in 2001 to join a big electronics manufacturing company. Later, he went on to become a project manager for a major automobile manufacturing company. His leadership skills, familiarity with Japanese business culture, and significant ability to collaborate with Japanese firms laid the foundation for SunWell Solutions in 2010.
