Temporary to permanent employment
Switching service

Enterprises that have not employed foreign engineers before may find it difficult to take the decision to recruit an employee due to concerns about their skills and cultural compatibility. This is why we have decided to offer a service that enables candidates to be employed as temporary employees first and after confirming their skills and cultural compatibility at the workplace, they can then switch to permanent employees. During the temporary employment period, we will provide full support, including management consultation.
This service is particularly recommended for companies that are hiring foreign engineers for the first time as it allows companies to hire engineers after confirming their compatibility by first working with them in the workplace.
